We were appointed to redesign the reception area, three top office floors, lift lobbies and WCs of this commercial property owned by privately-owned property business O&H Properties.

The brief was to refurbish half of the building, including the reception, with a tenant in occupation in the other half.

The result: A low-cost, high impact contemporary reception, three stylish open plan office floors, radically improved WCs and inspired lift lobbies. Add to this improved balconies and terraces, creating a new rental high in the building.  

We were invited back by the client to do further design and interior architecture works on the building. See the next phase of this project here.
