We were briefed to turn a long empty owner-occupied specialist publishing building into a Grade A office.

Our addition of a simple single-storey entrance in a new location enabled us to provide a new contemporary focus to the building.

The intentional by-product was a larger reception, additional office space and new gardens. This was augmented with new showers, full refurbishment and a completely new Building One brand, creating a 21st-century office from a tired 20th-century building.
