Our innovative strategy transformed this iconic property by building a new basement with a garden, enhancing the ground floor garden, and creating an additional roof garden with delightful views across London. This enabled us to convert the house into two spacious duplexes and one single apartment, seamlessly blending modern luxury with historical charm.
