Successful work leads to returning clients and 95 Chancery Lane is a proof of this. After the successful completion of the Exterior and Entrance works, we were further commissioned to design the 3rd and 4th floors of this historic Grade II Listed Building in the heart of London’s legal district.
The scope of works included the complete refurbishment of the exterior and ground floor, enlivening the whole entrance experience. It also consisted of the refurbishment of both floors, enhanced with our Plug and Play + service which focuses on each aspect and element that defines a space.
The sustainability credentials were first class, with new lighting and heating radically reducing energy consumption throughout the 5 floors of the building. Additionally, with the aid of Nor Norm, a cost-effective and sustainable furnishing approach was taken, saving the client money and reducing waste.
