The complete rejuvenation of this famous landmark scheme in the heart of Kingston town centre.

The aim was to retain the key large floorplate tenants, The Odeon, David Lloyd Club and the Tenpin Bowling operator, which was achieved, with the promise of the implementation of our exciting new exterior and interior refurbishment. 

The scheme involved extending the entrance closer to the station, to provide a stronger draw into the centre and ample space for a new contemporary coffee shop. The first floor was extended into unused void spaces, and reconfigured to provide an urban streetscape for a new generation of users. A new central unit was added to provide additional revenue.

Strong colour-changing external and internal signage as well as lighting were added, together with new hardwearing concrete floors and walls, and a new ‘Odeon’ blue open mesh ceiling.
