To refresh and upgrade this grade 2 start listed office building adjacent to the world famous Drapers Hall.
'Historic & contemporary combined'
Our proposal bringing together the old and the new has enabled us to bring a historic grade 2 star listed building to the 21st century standard. We upgraded the entire building aethetically as well as its dated services and access arrangements. This was augmented with additions such as a more appealing entrance, a winter garden in an existing lightwell, a reception area within its reinstated stairwell and a feature sky light above. We also added new shower facilities within the disused basment area. Together, these elements combined would bring this currently dull building back to life.
